Enhance English teaching reform to promote the Intercultural Communication Competence in Vocational College

培养学生跨文化交际能力是高职英语教学的一项重要内容。文章根据高职学院的办学特色,在分析高职院校英语教学现状的前提下,提出对高职英语教学课程设置、课程结构、教学手段、会话实践等方面进行改革,以加深学习者对语言本质的理解,避免交际中的文化冲突,以期顺利地完成交际,全面提升学生跨文化交际能力。

Foster the students＇ Intercultural Communication competence is an important part of the English teaching in Vocational College.Based on the characteristic of vocational college and analysis the English teaching status,this paper puts forward the way to reform the curriculum provision,curriculum structure and teaching methods in English teaching,To help the learners enhance the understanding of the essence of language,avoid cultural conflict in communication and promote the Ss Intercultural Communication.
