耦合氧化吸附脱除燃油中硫化物的研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用氧化―吸附耦合技术,将硫化物氧化为极性较高的砜类。利用中孔硅胶选择性吸附残留于油品中的硫化物及少量水,水分子和硫化物竞争吸附作用导致改性硅胶脱硫率降低。较适宜的脱硫条件是:过氧乙酸/柴油质量比2∶1、反应时间80 min、搅拌速度200 r/min、反应温度60℃,此条件下脱硫率可达到97.5%。与加氢工艺相比,此法操作简便,反应条件温和,不需氢源,可深度脱硫。 Using the oxidation-adsorption technology,the sulfides were oxidized to the high polar sulphonic compounds,the majority hydrone and sulfide of which were removed with silica-gel having mesopore structure.The desulfurization rate is lower than before silica gel because of competitive adsorption between hydrone and sulfide.Diesel oxidation system with mass ratio at 2∶1,diesel desulfurization at the reaction time of 80 min,the speed of stirring at 200 r/min,reaction temperature 60℃ are the better condition.Following the process,the depth desulphurization of the diesel oil was realized,the desulphurization rate reached to 97.5%.Compared with the hydrogenation technique,this method is simple,has temperate reactive condition and does not need the hydrogen source,and it can achieve depth desulphurization.
