慢性肺心病对左心室舒张功能的影响

Effects of chronic cor pulmonale on left ventricular diastolic function

目的 :评价慢性肺源性心脏病 (肺心病 )对左心功能的影响。方法 :采用 UCG技术对 3 0例肺心病患者左心功能进行研究 ,并与同年龄组正常人进行对照。结果 :显示肺心病患者组左心室舒张早期充盈率 (二尖瓣口 E峰血流速度 )与 E峰减速率明显低于对照组 ,而左心室舒张晚期充盈率 (二尖瓣口 A峰血流速度 )、舒张晚期与舒张早期充盈率的比值 ( A/ E)则明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)。肺心病组左心室射血分数略高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,每搏排血量则显著减低 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论

Objective: To evaluate the effect of chronic cor pulmonale on left ventricular function Methods: In 30 cases with chronic cor pulmonale, left venticular functions were estimated by ultra cardiography, as compared with those in that normal subjects of age matched Results: In the patient group the early diastolic filling velocity of left ventricle (the peak E of mitra valve flow) and the decelerated rate of peak E of mitral valve flow were decreased, However the late diastolic filling velocity (the peak A of mitral valve flow) and the peak A/E were increased significantly ( P <0 01) The left ventricular EF was higher than the normal value( P <0 05), but SV was decreased ( P <0 01) Conclusion: Significant disturbence of left ventricular diastolic function exists in the patients with chronic cor pulmonale
