辛伐他汀和普伐他汀治疗高脂血症的作用比较——附61例报告

Comparison of simvastatin and pravastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia

目的 :比较辛伐他汀和普伐他汀调整血脂的临床疗效。方法 :辛伐他汀组 ( 3 1例 ,10 mg,每日 1次 )和普伐他汀组 ( 3 0例 ,10 mg,每日 1次 )均连续服药 4周。结果 :两药降低血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和升高 HDL -C的疗效分别为 90 %和 90 % ,88%和 78% ,63 %和 73 %。结论

Objective:To compare the lipid regulating effects of simvastatin and pravastatin Methods:31 patients in simvastatin group and other patients in pravastatin group received simvastatin or pravastatin 10 mg a day respectively for four weeks Results:The simvastatin or pravastatin lowered serum total cholesterol in effective rate of 90% and 90%,triglyceride,88% and 78%,while they elevated high density lipoprotein cholesterol in effective rate of 63% and 73% respectively Conclusion:Both drugs have comparable lipid regulating effect
