摘要
经微生物促生长及灵敏度检测合格的无菌及支原体检验培养基各3批,分别在6个兽用生物制品企业进行了应用试验。抽检疫苗52批和半成品抗原5批,3批无菌检验培养基检测结果一致,疫苗2/52批、半成品抗原3/5批污染。禽源支原体检验培养基抽检样品17批、非禽源支原体检验培养基抽检33批及血清支原体检验培养基抽检10批,3批培养基检测结果一致,均无支原体污染。
Three batches of medium for sterility and Mycoplasmas have been applied in six veterinary bioproduct corporation,respectively.52 batches vaccine and 5 batches antigen have been tested by the medium for sterility,the results of the 3 batches of medium for sterility are in agreement.The 2 of 52 batches vaccine and the 3 of 5 batches antigen are contaminated separately.17 batches samples for avian Mycoplasmas medium,33 batches for non-avian Mycoplasmas medium and 10 batches for serum Mycoplasmas medium have been tested,the results of the 3 batches of medium for Mycoplasmas are consistent,all of the samples are no Mycoplasmas.
