摘要
走低碳发展之路,是人类生存与发展的一种必然选择。低碳城市建设既包含符合低碳理念的经济发展,又包含低碳理念的社会发展,是我国应对国际减排压力和缓解国内资源、能源短缺矛盾的重要手段,是城市发展道路的必然选择。低碳城市建设必须要开展低碳文化建设。
Low-carbon development is an inevitable option of human survival and development. The construction of low-carbon city fulfills the concept of low-carbon development of economy and of society. Also it is an important method in responding to the international pressure on reducing carbon emissions and relieving the problem of the shortages on domestic resources and energy. Therefore, this is a must of the development of our cities. For the sake of constructing low-carbon city, China has to launch the construction of low-carbon culture.
