摘要
为确定航道两侧噪声评价范围,引入美国道路交通FHWA模型,并对模型中的参数进行了重新定义,考虑到航道实际环境状况,加入水面衰减修正项,建立了基于FHWA的航道噪声预测模型。随后对连云港疏港航道、盐河航道以及丹金溧漕河航道的噪声监测数据中分别随机抽取了13、10和10个测点数据用于模型验证,结果表明预测值与实测值具有较高的一致性,说明该模型可以应用。最后运用文中所建立的模型对3级、5级和6级航道两侧评价距离进行了计算,计算结果比GB/T15190-94中所确定的通过1、2、3类标准适用区时的评价距离分别小23、20、18 m;16、14、13 m和10、6、7 m。
To determine the noise evaluation range on both sides of the channel,the FHWA model was introduced and the parameters were re-defined.According to the actual environmental situation of the channel,the noise prediction model of channel was established by adding the water surface attenuation correction term based on FHWA model.Then,the noise data of 13,10 and 10 measured points were randomly selected from Shugang Channel of Lianyungang city,Yanhe Channel and Danjinlicaohe Channel respectively.The verified results indicate that the predicted values match the observational data,and that this model can be applied in practical situation.Finally,the established model was used to calculate the evaluation range on both sides of different level channels with third,fifth and sixth class.The calculated results were 23,20,18m;16,14,13m and 10,6,7m respectively,which were shorter than the evaluated distances in 1,2 and 3 standard regions of GB/T15190-94.
