摘要
分析了在甲醇法甲烷氯化物生产过程中粗甲烷氯化液再循环系统腐蚀的机理。从一氯甲烷酸度、水分的工艺控制等角度进行了阐述,提出了防腐蚀措施。
The corrosion mechanism of crude liquid methane chloride recycling systems at methane chlorides in the methanol production process was analyzed.The corrosion mechanism was described from the chloride process control point of acidity and water of methyl chloride,and the anti-corrosion measures were put forward.
