摘要
由于CATIA具有强大的自由曲面设计的功能,结合工程实例,从点云数据的采集处理、曲线和曲面的创建以及曲面的拼合等方面,介绍了CATIA逆向设计在汽车内饰件设计中的应用效果。研究表明,基于CATIA的逆向工程应用于汽车内饰件设计开发过程中,可以大大缩短产品的开发周期,保证产品质量。
Based on the powerful function of free surface design of CATIA, combining with engineering examples, from the data acquisition and processing of point cloud, curve and curved surface reconstruction and the joint of curved surface, the application of reverse design in the development of automotive interior-decoration design is introduced. It is showed that the application of reverse engineering based on CATIA in automotive interior-decoration design can greatly shorten the product development cycle and ensure the product quality.
