构建和谐校园是实现学校各种力量的平衡,是各种关系的协调,是推动学校持续、健康发展的需要。本文认为可以通过加强校园道德文化建设;完善学校各项规章制度;妥善协调校园中的各种关系;寻找学校主要矛盾与尖锐问题,积极解决问题,疏通障碍等方法和途径来构建和谐校园。

Building a harmonious campus meets the needs of realizing the balance of school＇s forces,coordinating various relations,and promoting the school＇s continuous and healthy development.In this paper,the harmonious campus can be constructed through methods and ways by strengthening the construction of the ethics and culture on campus;perfecting the school rules and regulations;coordinating the relationships of campus properly;looking for the school＇s main contradictions and the sharp questions,solving the problems positively and clearing the barriers.
