摘要
沙角C电厂共有2台锅炉,均为美国ABB-CE公司的汽包锅炉,平行通风方式露天布置,连续蒸发量为2 100 t/h,不投油最低稳燃负荷为230MW,1996年6月投运以来,结焦较为严重。本文利用计算机模拟的方法对锅炉的流动、传热及其燃烧过程进行了计算机数值计算,变工况调节。以计算机数值模拟的方法分析方法找出了锅炉结焦的原因,提出了从运行的角度预防锅炉结焦的方案,可为锅炉安全经济运行提供指导。
The boiler at Shajiao C Power Station is CC+RR type manufactured by ABB-CE Co.,Ltd,USA.Its maximum continuous steam evaporation is 2 100 t/h,and the minimum load without oil-burning is 230MW.Slagging at three boilers had been severe since transfer in June 1996.This paper dealt with the computer value calculation and operating condition adjustment of boiler flow,heat transfer and combustion by using computer simulation.The reason of slagging is found through computer simulating,and a plan of preventing the slagging is presented in view of operaton.That will be helpful to safety and economical operating for boiler.
