本文针对我公司有关分厂的多头热丝TIG焊生产线传送焊丝的送丝压紧轮存在的磨损快、使用量大、规格多、使用急需致使周期紧、无法满足生产分厂生产等问题进行了详细分析,提出了切实可行的送丝轮滚丝工装的开发研制,不但满足了生产要求,提高了工作效率,也减小了劳动强度和降低了成本。

Develop special tooling for machining the surface of wire rolls used on hot wire TIG welder in our company,this special tooling can improve work efficiency and reduce cost,meet manufacturing requirement resolve a lot of actual problems about wire rolls.
