摘要
本文针对蛇形管生产自动线上塔式弯管模的两种弯管半径使用同一反变形压紧轮,弯制出的产品弯头成型不理想的情况进行了分析论证和理论计算及验证工作。总结出用变换压紧轮夹紧压力来改善两种不同弯曲半径弯管的工艺方法。
Analyzed proof and theoretical calculation verification are carried out aiming at the status,which the bent molding with the two types of tube-bending radius of tower-type tube-bending die on the serpentine tube production automated line using the same anti-deformation pinch roller,is unfavorable.The technology of improving two types of tube-bending with different bending radius by transferring the pinch pressure of the pinch roller is summed up.
