摘要
采用一元四次方程求根公式,通过和已知的捻制系数数据对比,确定适合钢丝绳设计的捻制系数计算公式,并对一些已知结果进行细化。根据公式讨论K(捻距倍数)与n(股数)的变化对m(捻制系数)的影响:对不同n,K增加,m逐渐减小,且几何曲线斜率也减小;随n增大,m随K变化,曲线斜率的绝对值增大。
To confirm the suitable lay coefficient formula of steel wire rope designing by using the extract roots formula of quartic equation and comparing with the known lay coefficient data,and deal with some known results.To discuss the changes of K(multiple of lay pitch) and n(number of strands) and effects on m(lay coefficient) based on the formula: to different n,K increases,m decreases and slope of curve will decrease;when n increases,m changes with K,and the absolute value of curve slope will increase.
