摘要 简要介绍了胶原蛋白的概况、类型、分布及其制备方法;阐述了胶原蛋白独特的理化特性和优良的生物相容性以及在化妆品、医药、饲料、工业等相关领域的应用;简述利用基因工程技术生产重组胶原蛋白的研究进展和发展前景。 Tiffs paper introduced the status, types distribution, characteristics and preparation of collagen protein briefly, and the special physical and chemical properties,the good biocompatibility of collagen protein and its applications in some relational areas such as cosmetics, medicine, animal feeds and industry were expounded. Finally the advancement of reconstituted collagen produced by genetic engineering technology was described.
