摘要
介绍了九辊冷矫直机的参数。针对冷矫直机在生产中出现的问题,通过对冷矫直机矫直辊的受力进行分析,得出矫直辊的受力模型,并且分析了各矫直辊的受力大小。认为第三辊受力最大。提出了矫直机的设计维护建议。
Technical parameters of nine roller cold plate leveler were introduced. According to the problems occurring during production, force models of leveling rolls were obtained through force analysis on leveling rolls of cold plate leveler,and forces of leveling rolls were analyzed. The force of No. 3 roller was the biggest. Suggestions of design and maintenance for cold plate leveler were put forward.
