摘要
介绍了铝型材生产过程,结合统计数据,分析了各种人为因素对铝型材产品质量的影响,指出了通过规范管理、建立激励机制、提高员工素质等措施可以减少人为因素对产品质量的影响。
The effect of human factors on quality of aluminum products was analyzed by statistical data, and the solutions were pointed out by setting up a standardized management system, establishing an incentive mechanism and improving the qualith of staff.
