介绍了2008年以来珠钢薄规格热轧钢板的生产情况,其中普通碳素结构钢板厚度小于或等于2.0mm的比例达到80%以上,小于或等于1.5mm的比例达到50%以上;集装箱用钢板厚度小于或等于2.0mm的比例达到80%以上,小于或等于1.6mm的比例达到50%以上;屈服强度345MPa级的集装箱用钢板最小厚度达到1.4mm,屈服强度550MPa级的高强汽车结构钢最小厚度达到1.5mm,屈服强度700MPa级的超高强耐候钢最小厚度达到2.0mm。
The production of thin gauge strips since 2008 at Zhujiang Steel was introduced. Production of high-quality thin gauge hot rolled strips was realized by developing a series of technologies for EAF-CSP line at Zhujiang Steel. The proportions of plain steel and container strips of which thickness not more than 2.0mm was more than eighty percent, including of which thickness not more than 1.5mm plain steel strips was fifty percent and which thickness not more than 1.6mm container strips was fifty percent. The minimum thickness of 345MPa container strips reached 1.4mm, and the minimum thickness of 550MPa high strength automobile structural steel reached 1. 5mm. The minimum thickness was 2. 0mm for 700MPa ultra-high strength weather-resistant strips.
