摘要 状态评价是状态检修的重要环节和依据,涉及大量的状态量计算和基础数据获取。状态检修辅助系统提供了数据获取、状态评价、辅助决策等功能,其实用化程度直接影响状态检修工作的效率和结果。介绍了状态检修辅助系统实用化过程中遇到的问题和解决办法,对同类工作具有借鉴意义。 Condition assessment is the critical link and basis in condition-based maintenance(CBM) system,which involves a large amount of the calculation of quantity of state and basic data acquisition.CBM system provides the functions such as data acquisition,condition assessment,assistant decision making etc.The level of implementation directly affects its efficiency and result.This paper presents the problems and solutions during the implementation process and can serve as a reference for similar work.
