摘要
通过了解外贸服装公司中的实际业务操作,参考及对比其他外贸公司、加工企业的落单情况,对影响交货期因素中的外贸公司、客户、供应商及其他不稳定因素等进行了分析,提出了加强服装外贸公司内部具体工作流程管理,加强企业领导的综合协调、管理能力,以及加强对客户、供应商、加工厂的管理等解决策略。
Through understood the practical business operation of foreign clothing trade company,compared making reference to other corporations and operations in the manufacture factories,the trade corporation,client,supplier and unsteady factors which affect delivery time were analyzed in this paper.In the end,three methods to cope with those factors effecting the delivery time was proposed.These methods will help to promote internal specific workflow management of foreign clothing trade company,enhance the comprehensive coordination and management ability for enterprise leaders,and intensify the management of customers,suppliers and processing plant.
