摘要
鱼类的嗅觉与味觉系统对鱼类的摄食行为评价起到关键作用,作者对目前已有不同类型物质对鱼类摄食行为的影响做了详细的概述,包括氨基酸类、甜菜碱、核苷酸类、复合诱食剂、动物提取物与其他化合物,最后阐述了鱼类诱食剂在水产业与渔业中的应用.
The fish olfaction system and gustatory system provide important evaluation means in the feeding process.In this article,the findings on flavor preferences for the fish to different types of substances including free amino acids,betaine,nucleotides,stimulant mixtures,animal extracts and other stimulant substances are summarized,and the applications of fish attractants are reviewed in fishery industries.
