整体式固相微萃取搅拌棒-分光光度法测定孔雀石绿 被引量:6

摘要 以开发新型吸附萃取搅拌棒为目的,利用环氧树脂、二乙基三胺和聚乙二醇(PEG 1540)通过原位逐步聚合反应制备了内封磁芯的搅拌棒.以孔雀石绿(MG)为目标分析物,详细优化了该搅拌棒吸附萃取的实验条件.在搅拌棒转速为450r?min-1和pH值为7的条件下吸附30min,然后用体积比为7:3的乙腈:乙酸铵缓冲溶液(pH 4~5)作为解吸液解吸20min.以紫外-可见分光光度计为检测手段,测定解吸液中MG的含量.该方法在0.01~5μg?mL-1的浓度范围呈现较好的线性关系,精密度和回收率较为满意. A stirring rod containing a magnetic core is prepared by the in-situ stepwise polymerization reaction of epoxy resin,diethyltriamine and polyethylene glycol(PEG 1540) for the purpose of developing a new stiring bar adsorptive extraction(SBSE).With malachite green(MG) as the target analyte,the experimental conditions of the proposed SBSE can be delicately optimized.The SBSE operation is performed at the stirring speed of 450rpm and pH 7 for 30min followed by desorption for 20min in the buffer solution(pH 4-5) of acetonitrile and ammonium acetate(7:3,v/v).Finally,UV-visible spectrophotometer is used to determine the concentration level of MG in aqueous solution.A good linearity can be achieved within the concentration range of 0.1-5 μg?mL-1 with the satisfactory precision and recovery obtained.
