摘要
运用理论分析和实例相结合的方法,对企业技能人才培养的相关问题进行探讨,在对技能人才的发展状况进行分析的基础上,通过实例研究探讨国有企业技能人才的培养现状,并深入探讨云南冶金集团技能型人才培养存在的问题及其成因,通过实例比较探讨国有企业技能人才的培养模式,对国有企业的技能人才培养提出一些有益的建议和参考。
By the methods of combining theoretical analysis with examples,the paper discusses the related issues of the skilled personnel training in enterprises.On the base of developing situation of skilled personnel and through researching examples,the current training situation of the skilled personnel in state-owned enterprises are explored,and the existing problems and its reasons in Metallurgy Group are deeply discussed.Through the comparison of examples,the personnel training mode in state-owned enterprises are offered,and some useful suggestions and references are made in the article.
