摘要
从军事社会学的独特视野,运用质化研究方法,对军校院校长的角色担当问题进行了深入探讨.通过理论总结和反思,对军校院校长角色进行了科学界定,揭示了其内涵和本质特征、形成因素等;在与院校长长期共同工作、交流与体验的基础上,结合问卷调查、开放式访谈,透过表层现象和数据统计,由核心角色、次级角色以及延展角色3个层次归纳出院校长角色的理想模型.
From a peculiar field of vision of military sociology, this article mainly discusses the role played by the president in the military academy, using the qualitative research method. Through the theoretical summary and introspection, it defines scientifically the role played by the president, and reveals their connotation and essential characteristic as well as formative factors, etc. Based on the long-term cooperation and exchanging with the president as well as experiences, combining with questionnaire survey and open interview, seeing through the appearance and making the data statistics, this article concludes an ideal model of the role played by the president in terms of the three layers of the core, secondary and outspread roles.
