摘要
为提高空军军官培养的质量和效益,基于中美俄的空军军官的培训特点,从培训阶段划分、院校体系设置、培训机构编制、培训任用制度、职业化进程5个方面进行比较,分析了三国空军军官的职业培训历程及其任职岗位经历,给出了转变思维观念、完善院校教育体系、搭建培训平台、健全制度保障和加快军官职业化进程的启示.
For purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of air force officer training, and based on their training characteristics of China, America and Russia, this article analyzes the air force officers' professional training course and their experienced positions of the three countries, in terms of comparing such five aspects as classification of training phases, establishment of academy system, training institution preparation, appointment system and the course of professionalization, and gives the edification of changing the present thinking, perfecting the academy's education system, constructing training platform, strengthening the guarantee system and accelerating the officer's professionalization course.
