摘要 从军队专业技术院校教员人文素质的基本要求入手,分析了人文素质在教学实践过程中的外显特征:牢记使命责任、知识底蕴雄厚、挖掘美的东西、艺术性教学和人文反哺教学;在审视军队专业技术院校教学中缺乏多元多维课程教学观、对所授课程的知识表现形式缺乏更深刻理解等不尽人意之处,提出了加强人文素质培养的基本方法:博览群书增加知识库存、博采众长为教学之用、学用结合强化实践教学、注重人文性与知识性的有机结合. Based on the basic requirements for teacher's humanistic quality in military technology academy, this article analyzes the explicit features, which are to keep their responsibility firmly in mind, to have a solid connotation of knowledge, to excavate the essence of beauty, to have artistry and execute humanistic feedback in teaching; surveying lack of diversity and multi-dimension of teaching concepts, and of better understanding of knowledge representation taught in the course and other shortcomings, this article proposes the fundamental methods of strengthening humanistic quality training, including having extensive read to improve their knowledge bank, learning widely others' strong points to put them into our teaching, integrating learning with application to strengthen the teaching practice and stressing the combination of humanity and knowledge.
