基于数值模拟的巷道围岩的支护优化

摘要 以白象山铁矿为工程背景,针对该矿区内地表水系十分发育,矿床水文地质条件相对复杂,巷道稳定性受水的影响很大,围岩中节理裂隙构造多等问题,对原有的巷道支护方案进行优化。结合不同的围岩特性和地质条件,优化后的支护采取锚喷联合支护及二次耦合支护技术。最后通过数值模拟验证,优化后的支护方案效果良好。 Taking the Baixiangshan iron ore as the engineering background, aimed at the problems like the large distribution of surface water within the mine, complicated hydrogeology condition of deposit, stability of roadway affected largely by water, many joint fissure and structure in surrounding rock, prima- ry roadway support proposal was optimized. Combining with different characteristics of surrounding rock and geological condition, technology of anchoring and shotcreting unite support and secondary coupling supporting system were adopt on optimized support. Through the check of numerical simulation, the result of optimized support plan was good.
