低氮胁迫对粮饲兼用型玉米幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选用通辽地区主栽的粮饲兼用型玉米品种郑单958和金山10为试验材料进行无土栽培,研究低氮胁迫对玉米幼苗生物学特性的影响,结果表明:低氮胁迫下,两品种根数、根体积、干重、株高等指标较小,且增长速度远低于高氮处理;随着生育进行,两品种根冠比均随着氮素水平的提高而下降,郑单958玉米幼苗根冠比在0 mmol/L与2mmol/L、8mmol/L之间存在显著差异;金山10号根冠比在0.4mmol/L与8mmol/L之间存在显著差异,0mmol/L与8mmol/L之间存在极显著差异. The grain-forage maize-Zhengdan 958 and Jinshan 10 were used as the test materials to study the influence of low-nitrogen stress on maize seedling' biological characteristics,the results were as the following:the root number and volume,dry weight,plant height were all smaller and grew slowly under low-nitrogen stress than those under high-nitrogen condition;Two varieties' root/shoot ration decreased with the improvement of the nitrogen level as the growing process.The seedling' root/shoot ration of Zhengdan 958 expressed difference between ommol and zmmol 8mmol;And jinshanl 10 showed difference between 0 mmol/L,0.4 mmol/L and 8 mmol/L,and had the remarkable differen 10 between 0 mmol/L and 8 mmol/ L.
