本文对骨形态发生蛋白的分子生物学研究状况、骨形态发生蛋白的载体及其促进骨形成机理和临床应用等方面进行了阐述,并提出了骨形态发生蛋白在临床应用中存在的问题及应用前景.

In this paper,the molecular biology progress and the carrier of bone morphogenetic protein,as well as the mechanism of promoting bone formation and clinical application of bone morphogenetic protein are described.And points out the existing problems and prospects of bone morphogenetic proteins in clinical application.
