摘要
脑胶质瘤是颅内最常见的原发性肿瘤,胶质瘤的治疗以手术为主、术后放化疗结合的综合治疗是目前的治疗手段,近年来免疫治疗与基因治疗开始应用,本文为近年来脑胶质瘤的治疗现状做综述.
Brain glioma is the commonest tumor in the cranium.Surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the mainly method in the treatment of brain glioma.In recent years,immunotherapy and gene therapy are applied.This article reviews the current study in the treatment of brain glioma.
