当前中国女足缺乏拥有控制技术能力资源的环境,缺乏先进的足球理念和先进的技术以及自我创新的能力,并缺乏由外部向内部转化的"内源发展"的动力.传统发展模式的局限性是制约女足发展观念转变的根本因素.从当代可持续发展观入手,女足能从可持续发展中获得有益的借鉴.一个是中国竞技女子足球运动的持续发展,另一个是女足主体发展潜力的持续提升.
