中医药动物模型制备依据与方法的研究概况

Basis of Animal Model Preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Research Progress

目的综合分析近年来中医药动物模型制备的依据与方法。方法从病因模拟、症状模拟、客观指标和药物反证4个方面分析中医药动物模型建立的依据,从病因造模和病理造模两个方面分析了以往中医药动物模型的造模方法。结果与结论该文较为客观地阐述了中医药动物模型研究中存在的问题,并提出了今后动物模型研究的发展方向。

Objective To study the basis of animal model preparation of traditional Chinese medicine and its methods. Methods The basis of animal model preparation of traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed in 4 aspects of the pathogenesis simulation, symptomatic simulation, objective indicators and drug eounterevidence and the modelestablishing methods were analyzed from the etiological modeling and pathological modeling. Results and Conclusion The existing problems in establishing the animal models of traditional Chinese medicine were elaborated more objectively. The future development direction of animal model research is proposed.
