摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱-电喷雾-离子阱多级质谱法定性分析黄芪醇提物主要有效成分群。方法超声法制备黄芪的醇提物,反相高效液相色谱分离各主要有效成分,电喷雾-离子阱多级质谱对有效成分进行鉴定。结果定性分析了黄芪醇提物中的10种有效成分。结论 HPLC-ESI-MSn法有望用于黄芪有效成分群的定性分析,为黄芪药材的指纹图谱研究提供方法。
Objective To qualitatively analyze the principal effective ingredients in the methanol extracts of Radix Astragali by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-ion trap mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-MSn).Methods The methanol extracts of Radix Astragali were obtained by ultrasonic method.RP-HPLC was used to separate the principal ingredients.The multiple reaction mode of trap mass spectrometer was used to identify the chemical structure.Results Ten effective compounds were identified in the methanol extracts of Radix Astragali.Conclusion The methods can be used to qualitatively analyze the principal effective ingredients of Radix Astragali,and also can offer methods for fingerprint research on Radix Astragali.
