摘要
目的建立测定维酶素薄膜衣片中维生素B2含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用SunFireTM C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.02 mol/L醋酸钠-甲醇(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长为267 nm,进样量20μL。结果维生素B2质量浓度在7.68~46.12μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=7);平均回收率为99.43%,RSD为0.74%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性和稳定性好,可作为维酶素薄膜衣片的维生素B2含量测定方法。
Objective To determine vitamin B2 content in Weimeisu Film-coated tablets by HPLC.Methods The SunFireTM C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted with 0.02 mol/L sodium acetate buffer-methanol(70 ∶30) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 267 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL.Results The linear range of vitamin B2 was 7.68-46.12 μg/mL,r=0.999 9(n=7).The average recovery rate was 99.43%,RSD=0.74%(n=9).Conclusion This HPLC method is convenient,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility and stability,which is suitable for assay of vitamin B2 content in Weimeisu Film-coated tablets.
