摘要
目的建立测定冬凌草糖浆的冬凌草甲素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(50∶50)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为239 nm。结果冬凌草甲素进样量在0.093~0.746μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=413 933.35-63 428.66 X,r=0.999 7(n=5);平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.06%(n=5)。结论该法简便、准确、专属性和重复性好,为冬凌草糖浆中冬凌草甲素的定量分析提供了科学有效的方法。
Objective To establish the method for determining the oridonin content in Rabdosia Rubescens Syrup by HPLC.Methods To use Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with methanol-water(50 ∶50) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 239 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The calibration curve was linear during the range of 0.093-0.746 μg for the oridonin and the linear equation was Y=413 933.35-63 428.66X,r=0.999 7(n=5).The average recovery rate was 99.0%,RSD=1.06%(n=5).Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good specificity and reproducibility,which provides the scientific and effective method for quantitative analysis of Rabdosia Rubescens Syrup.
