益脑颗粒治疗血管性痴呆32例疗效分析

Analysis on the Effect of YiNao Granules on 32 Vascular Dementia Cases

通过对３２例老年血管性痴呆患者应用益脑颗粒临床观察，证实患者用药后临床主要症状有显著改善，治疗显效率为２０％，有效率为５４％，总有效率为７４％；患者血液流变性亦有显著改善，与治疗前比较差异显著。用药前后患者血常规，肝、肾功能等均无明显改变。临床研究初步说明益脑颗粒具有使用安全，疗效可靠的临床特点。

Through clinical observation on using Yinao granules on 32 cases of vascular dementia, it showed that the main symptoms were improved markedly, treatment excellent effective rate was 20%, effective rate was 54% and total effective rate was 74%. The hemerheology was remarkably improved compared with pre treatment condition. There were not obvious changes in the routine analysis of blood, liver and renal function after the treatment. The clinical study initially proved the Yinao granules' safety and reliable effect.
