摘要患者女,73岁,因乙状结肠癌根治术后2月,腹胀、腹痛近3 d,尿频、尿急、尿痛明显,于2010年8月16日入院。体格检查示体温36.2℃,血压130/80 mm Hg,脉搏90次/min,腹部胀满,下腹压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张;腹腔CT示肝硬化、脾大、少量腹水;血常规示白细胞2.72×109/L,中性粒细胞53.5%,淋巴细胞36.7%,
