危机评估是危机管理的前哨,决定着危机管理的成功与否。本文通过介绍澳大利亚危机评估的组织机构、参与者、评估过程等,指出澳大利亚危机评估体系具有流程标准化、方法多样性、社会参与度高等特点,并认为这对我国危机评估工作具有重要的启示意义。

Crisis evaluation is the first step of crisis management,and determine whether the crisis management to be successful.Through introduce the organizations,participants and procedures,this paper state that Australia＇s crisis evaluation system has the characteristics of standardization process,diversity methods,high degree of social participate,etc.Finally,the paper maintains that Australia＇s crisis evaluation system has important implications for China＇s crisis evaluation work.
