对高职旅游类专业顶岗实习教学的探索

高职旅游院校顶岗实习是最重要的教学环节,其目的是让学生把所学的专业知识、专业技能直接运用到旅游服务的实际工作中去,并通过这一工学结合的最有效、最直接的途径,获得真实的职业体验,锻炼和提高其工作能力,达到从业的基本要求,最终实现顺利就业。针对目前旅游类专业人才培养模式的不足,完善顶岗实习的课程标准建设,分阶段、分层次地落实培养目标,有助于进一步提高人才培养的质量。

Higher vocational tourism colleges＇ placement program is the most important key in their teaching assignments, aiming to let students bring their professional knowledge and skills into full play in tourism service. Through the effective and direct practice approach, students are able to acquire real professional experience, better their capabilities so that they become qualified for their future job in this industry and finally get a post. Tourism colleges need to further better their talent training scheme, formulate criteria for placement, standardize its operation and management, and perfect its evaluation etc. so as to improve the quality of talents training.
