Unity and Purge:CPC's Dual Strategies for the Vagrant(1927-1934)

1927-1934年,中国共产党认识到游民具有革命性和破坏性的双重特性。针对这种双重性,中国共产党对游民实行了团结争取与整肃改造的双重策略。通过这些策略,中国共产党争取了许多游民武装,扩大和加强了革命统一战线;教育改造了许多游民群体,使他们回归到正常社会秩序之中。这些积极效应不但为根据地的各项建设奠定了很好的群众基础,还为中国共产党解决游民问题积累了一定的经验。

1927-1934,the Communist Party of China（CPC） recognized the revolutionary and destructive duality of the vagrant.In view of this duality,the Communist Party of China implemented dual strategies of unity and purge for the vagrant.Through these strategies,the Chinese Communist Party united a lot of the armed vagrant which expanded and strengthened the revolutionary united front,also educated and transformed a lot of the vagrant so that they returned to the normal social order.These positive effect not only laid a good basis for building the citadel,but also accumulated some experience to solve the following vagrant problem.
