摘要
在经济和科技激烈竞争的现代社会,培养高校学生的创造性素质已成为高等教育的一个突出问题。高校学生是国家与民族兴旺发达的骨干人才,他们的创造性素质在提高我国综合国力的历史使命中具有重要作用。为此,从创新人格是创造性思维之本,高校教学过程的演变及开发创造性思维的探索,创新人格的培养与创造性教学过程的三方面探讨高校培养创造性素质的这项重要课题。
Development of creative qualities of college students is a hot issue in higher education,which is becoming more important in developing of comprehensive national power.This paper probes into three issues： the creative personality as the basis of creative thinking,the improvement of teaching process and the exploration of creative thinking,and the development of creative personality and teaching process.
