国际服务贸易与国际文化服务贸易之辨析

On the International Service Trade and International Cultural Service Trade from the View of the Definition

服务贸易是当今国际贸易中发展最为迅速的领域。我国加入WTO之后,对外全面开放服务市场已经成为大势所趋。在服务贸易中存在一类特殊的贸易种类,亦即国际文化服务贸易。对于这一特殊的服务种类,学界鲜见对其进行关注,文章从其定义和内涵入手,对这两者的关系作一详细的梳理,以期对此课题进行较深入的探讨。

Service trade is the most rapid development sphere in the field of international trade.After the Chinese entrance into the WTO,the opening of the service market becomes the main trade trend.There is a very special kind service trade in international service trade,which is international cultural service trade.Few people research on this kind of trade,so the author of this article wants to analyze the relationship between them from the view of their definition and characteristics.
