Production of High-Count and High-Density Household Fabric by Means of Tencel Compact Spinning

为在ZAX9100-340型喷气织机上开发高支高密Tencel紧密纺家纺面料,特采用细特低原纤化Tencel纤维原料,优选纺纱各工序工艺参数并采取必要的技术措施,成功纺制出Tencel 7.3 tex紧密纺纱线,纱线质量达到了喷气织造的用纱水平.织造前通过对浆料配方和浆纱工艺参数进行优化,解决了毛羽多、织造过程开口不清的问题.喷气织造采用"小双层梭口、短梭口长度、大张力"的工艺原则.织机效率达到95%,下机合格率90%.

To produce high-count and high-density household fabric on ZAX9100-340 air-jet loom by Tencel compact spinning yarn,the author successfully made Tencel 7.3 tex compact yarns through selecting fine low fibrillation Tencel material,optimizing the processing parameters in each process as well as necessary technology measures.The yarn quality reached the level of air-jet loom weaving.The problems of hairiness and shedding clinging in weaving process were resolved through optimizing size formula and sizing parameters before weaving.In the weaving process,the principle of taking predominance on small double-deck shedding,shorter length of shed,bigger tension was followed.The weaving efficiency reached 95% and accepted product percentage reached 90%.
