摘要
张謇的社会管理思想是在近代特定的社会条件下产生的,他的思想源于传统的社会伦理和政治理想,加入了"地方自治"的近代内容,目标是在"与世界争文明"中实现南通的社会改良和发展。在张謇的社会管理思想指导下,近代南通规划和构建了新的社会管理体系,迈出了区域现代化的第一步。
Zhang Jian＇s thoughts on social management were developed under the particular social conditions of modern China.Originated from traditional social ethnical and political ideas and complemented by the concept of local autonomy,his thoughts were to achieve the social improvement and growth of Nantong City in the process of competing for civilization with the world.Under the guidance of Zhang＇s thoughts,modern Nantong planned and constructed a new social management system and made the first step of regional modernization.
