城乡一体视野下的新型城镇化问题研究——以江苏省南通市通州区为例

New Urbanization from the Perspective of Urban-Rural Integration——Illustrated by Tongzhou District of Nantong City

分析了通州推进新型城镇化已经具备的一些现实条件,指出了通州在推进新型城镇化过程中仍存在的突出问题,探索了通州城镇化的新模式:夯实城镇化的经济基础,加速产业集聚和转型升级;探索有效模式,构筑推进平台;政策助推,突破难点,循序发展;尊重农民意愿,积极稳妥推进新型城镇化。

Realistic conditions as well as existing problems of the new urbanization in Tongzhou District of Nantong City were analyzed to explore new modes for the urbanization.They are：to reinforce the economic foundation for urbanization and to accelerate the industrial clustering,transformation and upgrading;to explore effective modes;to break through difficulties with the help of policies so as to achieve a progressive development;to respect the wishes of farmers and advance an active yet prudent new urbanization.
