摘要
高校系部办公室工作主要面向系内广大教职工、校内各职能部门以及校外各企事业单位,有着和其他办公室相似的工作特性。在目前高校推行二级管理的过程中,系办成为与外部门工作接触的重要平台。这就导致了系办在工作中易引发各种纠纷。从纠纷的表现形式和原因分析入手,探索系办在工作中化解矛盾纠纷的路径。
The work affairs of college department offices mainly involve the faculty of the department,the functional departments on the campus as well as enterprises and institutions off the campus,which show similar characteristics to those of other offices.In the process of implementing two-level management,the department offices have become important platforms for the departments to deal with affairs concerning other departments and offices,from which various disputes might arise.Based on an analysis of the forms and causes of the disputes the paper explored how to solve them in the daily work.
