摘要
真实环境工作室是高校探索创新人才培养模式的有益尝试。结合创新教育实践,对真实环境工作室模式的性质、教学组织架构、培养目标与方法以及风险控制等几个基本问题进行分析和总结,致力于进一步完善改进工作室模式,不断提高创新人才培养工作水平。
Studio of real situations is a beneficial attempt in universities＇ exploring the innovative talent cultivation mode.Based on the practices of innovation education,the nature,teaching organization,training objectives and methods,risk control and several other basic problems of the mode of real situation studio are analyzed and summarized so as to further improve the studio mode and enhance the level of innovative talent training.
