科技成果转化导向的企业知识创新能力模糊测度研究

A Study of Fuzzy Measurement of Enterprise Knowledge Innovation Ability in Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Orientation

明确科技成果转化导向的企业知识创新能力的内涵与主要内容,根据测度指标体系构建的原则,构建了科技成果转化导向的企业知识创新能力的测度指标体系;基于该问题的模糊不确定性,运用模糊数学的相关理论,建立了模糊测度模型,并通过实例验证了该模型的可靠性、有效性和实用性。研究结果为科技成果转化导向的企业知识创新能力评价与测度提供了一种新方法和新思路,对培养企业知识创新能力,提升企业核心竞争力,谋求企业持续竞争优势具有一定的现实指导意义。

According to the principles of construction in measurement index system,the contents of Enterprise Knowledge Innovation Ability（EKIA） in Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Orientation（STATO） are defined clearly,and the measurement index system of Enterprise Knowledge Innovation Ability in STATO is built up.Based on fuzzy uncertainty of the problem,the related theory of fuzzy math is used to set up a fuzzy measurement model,combining an instance to prove the feasibility,the effectiveness and the practicality of this model.A new idea and new method is offered to evaluate and measure the Enterprise Knowledge Innovation Ability in this study.It has a practical guide signification to bring up the Knowledge Innovation Ability and increase the Core Competitiveness of Enterprise.
