工作流在企业业务流程管理中的应用研究

近年来,企业在信息化建设上投入了大量的人力和物力,力图提高企业效率,提升企业竞争力,然而无论是ERP(企业资源计划)、CRM(客户关系管理)、PDM(产品数据管理),还是CIM(计算机集成制造),都脱离不开工作流技术。工作流技术在解决企业信息孤岛,加快企业业务流程重组方面有着显著的作用。结合多年企业应用经验,深入研究了工作流管理系统中工作流模型,提出了工作流引擎的预解析处理,提升了工作流引擎和业务流程的执行效率。

In recent years,many corporations have been trying to improve efficiency and competitiveness with the magnitude of human and financial input in IT construction.Workflow plays an essential role in ERP（Enterprise Resource Plan）,CRM（Customer Relation Management）,PDM（Product Data Management）,CIM（Computer Integrated Manufacturing） etc.It is important to resolve the problem about business information islands and promote business process reengineering.With rich experience in enterprise applications,we study on workflow model,propose a pre-analytical processing for workflow engine and business flow to improve efficiency.
