摘要
目的:探讨 C T 新技术仿真内窥镜在鼻科的临床应用价值. 方法:对 15(男10,女 5)例鼻部疾病患者行螺旋 C T扫描后经软件处理进行仿真内窥镜成像,并与鼻内窥镜所见对照研究. 结果: C T 仿真内窥镜显示鼻内正常解剖结构、鼻部病变的位置、范围与鼻内窥镜所见类似,并可进入鼻内窥镜无法到达的腔道,如鼻窦内、狭窄的鼻道内以及病变梗阻的远端. 结论: C T 仿真内窥镜是对鼻部二维 C T、多平面成像的补充,具有一定的应用潜力,值得临床上进一步推广应用.
AIM: To evaluate the clinical application of CT virtual endoscopy in nasal cavity, naso pharynx and paranasal sinuses. METHODS: The virtual endoscopy images were compared with those of actual rhinoscopy in 15 patients, 10 men and 5 women. RESULTS: The normal anatomical structure, the location and extension of the lesions of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx showed in CT virtual endoscopy agreed with those of actual rhinoscopy. In addition, CT virtual endoscopy allowed structural visualization of paranasal sinuses and distal portion of obstruction not accessible with rhinoscopy. CONCLUSION: CT virtual endoscopy is a good complement to fiber rhinoscopy.
